. I had an experience working home based as a virtual assistant for a property management company based in California for a year. I answered emails and calls from interested prospects and set up appointments for them to view the property. I only enter client’s information in our CRM. I also had a 2-year experience as a customer service representative in a BPO Company. I was awarded as Quality Assurance Superstar and Customer Satisfaction agent of the month and have been promoted as Quality Assurance Analyst after 2 years of being a customer service representative. I am knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and CRM. I am career oriented, very motivated to work, fast learner, hardworking and very easy to get along with.
