Providing good customer service.
I have more than 3 years work experience in the BPO industry. I had a year and 4 months experience as a chat sales and billing support where I answered and resolved billing issues of the customers and also sold other services offered. This job enabled me to develop customer service satisfaction.
My remaining work experience was a phone customer service representative, I was part of a mobile billing account. I handled all types of customers which improved my issue handling ability. I also have 9 months work experience as a home based customer support.
