I just finished to create a campaign for a company selling financial services and was able to increase their CTR and Conversion rate and at the same time decrease their cost per conversion by optimizing their website. Specifically:
- CTR from 0.10% to 1.23% on the Google Display Network
- CPC reduced by 0.15$
- 500 clicks per day
- Conversion Rate: 6%
Many advertisers tried to work on the same project by focusing on Adwords itself, but I was able to understand that the real problem wasn't the campaign but the way the website was presenting the information. I worked both on the search and the display network and they both got great results.
Also, I recently worked on a company selling sponsored articles on blogs. They wanted to increase their spent budget form 1000$ to 5000$ without harming their current level of conversions. I achieved this result by generating clicks for an average of .50$ and a CTR of 6.3%.
My third example is about a campaign aiming to generate leads for an event planner. At the end of the campaign the client was able to achieve a conversion rate of 15%, using a monthly budget of $1000, a CPC of 1.23$ and a CTR of 2.4%.
A fourth example can be done mentioning a company selling forex services. In 2 months of management We changed all of their landing pages, reorganized their AdGroups, and changed their ad copies. The result has been a 100% increase in the number of conversions (from 50 to 100 per month) and a 150% increase in the number of view through conversions (from 100 to 250 per month) in just 2 months. They are currently converting at a rate of 350 conversions per month.
