I am a research analyst with 4+ years of experience. I am also an R fanatic with skills in data mining, quantitative analysis, machine learning and data visualization.
I graduated from the University of York and currently do a Ph.D. at the University of Manchester. During my studies, I worked on several projects including kinetics modeling of a synthetic microbial fuel cell system, phylogenetic comparison of phase variation regulators in Salmonella, quantitative/qualitative analysis of microbial growth curve data, differential expression analysis and functional annotation of RNA-seq data and statistical inference of phenotypic networks. Although I have been working exclusively on a wide range of biological datasets, I am highly adaptable and will be able to work on any non-scientific project.
I look forward to a new challenge and working with you.
