I have experience work of more than 17+ years with business consulting, project management, development, commercial management information systems implementation beside many software development projects.
I am a part idealist, part realist and I have always wanted to succeed in everything I do. Ever since I was old enough to decide which direction I wanted my education to go, I have kept abreast of business management & technology. I have absorbed as much knowledge as possible in the fields of IT developing, business management, economics, marketing, learning & development, human resources skills, coaching and training.
For now I have experience in implementation and development of more than 100+ projects: finance, banks, investment funds, insurance companies, retail, training centers, IT companies.
I got huge experience working in United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Belarus.

15+ years of Business Consultant experience;
Oracle & Microsoft products knowledge: Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BPMOnline, SalesForce (strong BA/implementation skills), SharePoint, BI;
BI & Analysis Tools: Business Objects, SSRS;
I work on quality without supervision. Independently I set myself the task, based on the needs and goals of the project, choose tools, appreciate time and on them. I learn fast and learn new things
