I am a hospitality professional & a professor at the Etoile by les Chefs School of Tourism. I am a graduate of Italian Language and Literature at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a graduate of Dekra Akademie Tourism Business Administration. I have worked in various hotel chains such as Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, Aqua Vista Hotels & Hotels of Athens, working as Reservations Manager & Sales Executive for the last 2 years.
