Journalism was my first love, and I wooed it and courted it and finally married it, exploring all of its intricacies during our 17-year relationship. It was not the daily grind of interviewing, researching and meeting deadlines that eventually severed our bond – no, I cherished all of that – but rather my curiosity to experience a new romance, with a slightly more creative content, if you will. Admittedly, I flirted with public relations, advertising and publishing while committed to journalism, but when copywriting expressed interest in my skills, my knees became weak. Dangling global brands and international settings in front of me, this sexy niche changed my whole perspective about writing. I have spent the last seven years getting more and more intimate with brand copywriting, seeing for myself the mark it can leave on audiences worldwide. Some days, I feel like I am still on a honeymoon!
Work Terms
I am available 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (MST). Payment is due upon receipt. I prefer to work in Teams or Slack and am very familiar with platforms like Notion, Asana, Workday and JIRA.
