Customer/Email Support Specialist, VA, Product Researcher
I am a working mom that prefers to work from home. I've been in the BPO industry for more than 4 years handling phone, chat and email support. My most recent experience is with a programmable remote in the US/Canada for Sales and Technical Support (phone and email support). I've also handled a hard core Sales campaign for one of the leading cable and internet company in the US, I supported processing their online orders into a complicated billing system, also handled phone and chat support for the account. I also had an experience in handling the Admin Office of a BPO company and my experience there made me proficient in using Microsoft Office (word, excel PPT, outlook), Google Docs (sheets, slides, docs), Zoom and other applications used in the office.
I really love to handle customer support because it is my passion. I believe that when you love what you are doing, you will be able to provide an exceptional performance that will lead to client satisfaction.
