Highly professional Legal Administrative Assistant/Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant looking to make your work life easier.
I currently work as a Legal Administrative Assistant for the Georgia Attorney General's Office and work for seven attorneys. Before this, I worked as an Accounting Clerk and Senior Court Clerk for the Magistrate Court of Dougherty County. I worked in all of the departments within the Magistrate Court; i.e. Dispossessories, Small Claims, and Garnishments and worked under four different Judges in my time there. One of the most difficult parts of my job with the Magistrate Court and now with the AG's Office is learning different personalities and how to work with them. I've learned, though, that even the most difficult personalities can be dealt with, with a little bit of finesse. I have a passion for researching and learning new skills and then implementing those skills to complete a task or project. I find it highly rewarding. I believe in teamwork, in listening and communicating with others in order to get a job done. I possess the creative thinking and problem solving skills it takes in order to work independently, without supervision. I find that in any successful business or workplace, organization is key. I have created filing systems and organizational procedures that have contributed to long-term success for the companies I have worked for. I am seeking clients that are looking to be able to focus on the important tasks of their business/firm and leave the administrative tasks to me.
