Ms. Gross also worked as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Business Development at Inova Blood Donor Services, the nation's largest hospital-based blood center. In this role, she was responsible for all marketing, blood donor recruitment, advertising, promotions, public relations and business development. She also worked at The Lewin Group and Booz Allen Hamilton where her work included developing proposals and successfully responding to Requests for Proposals.
More recently, Ms. Gross worked as the Director of Marketing for Caring How Adolescents Develop (CHAD), a nonprofit organization focused on improving the lives of adolescents in need, where she wrote grant applications, established a social media presence, and created marketing materials.
