Hi, my name is Kristine, I’m good at multi-tasking and organizing, have excellent attention to detail, and would like to learn new skills.
I've been working with a translation and real estate company as a virtual assistant wherein I acquire new skills in doing administrative tasks and I've learned how to utilize different tools.
I'm aware that being a virtual assistant requires a lot of skills so I did was join training on how to be a virtual assistant during my spare time Aside from researching what is this industry about, I watch youtube videos about different skills that will be needed to be a VA. I also joined different Facebook groups specifically VA groups so I will have an idea and learn from their experiences as a VA.
The best project that I have worked on was when my client assigned me to manage properties wherein I receive different inquiries and concerns, the reason why I like it because I love to help people and be able to resolve their concerns, and whenever I hear them saying that they appreciate the help that I do is always the best part for me.
In my opinion, the most important skill of a real estate Va is being able to work smart. I do believe that working smart will increase productivity because if we work smart we will get the job done efficiently Since, smart work aims to manage time effectively, it can achieve end goals within the deadline and without compromising the quality.
If I will be given a chance to be part of your team, I can bring all the knowledge I gained over years to the sales and service industry, I am a passionate and dedicated person who can easily be trained. I do believe that my eagerness to learn to get the job done makes me different. I take feedback for growth, I'm an honest employee, and work with integrity.
Work Terms
I prefer to work the evening est time, however, I do respect the shift schedule that will be given to me.
