As a production planner I mange production plans and work order instructions in proper coordination with Customer Service section to meet projected demand based on the plant capacity and efficient production operations which resulted to 95%-99% order fill rate on all markets.I can effectively communicate customer needs and management direction to manufacturing plants counterparts which resulted to 99% production planning execution. I have in depth understating on project management in new product and process requirements to be able launch new products 98% of the agreed timeline.
Being a customer service officer of DOLE Philippines Inc, I was able to hone my administrative skills, like timely encoding of orders and status monitoring of shipments. I have great communication skills, ability to solve problems, and produce high quality of work which resulted you 95%-99% order fulfilment fill rate. I know I can deliver accurately and on time.
