I am proud to say that I have provided high quality service as a customer service representative and a technical support. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone preferably US based clients. I love helping my customers and also willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the issue of my customers. I am also a fast-learner , So I’m always ready for any training or orientation that I need to go through especially with the product and tools.
