I have previously worked as a freelance admin assistant who provides number of services for my clients including document preparation, maintaining files and record keeping. I have wide knowledge of computer programs allows me to easily take on any task I am assigned. I am a quick learner and welcome challenges as well.
My expertise are call handling, customer support and troubleshooting. I also possess skills in image and video editing using various online tools such as Pixlr, Canva, Powtoon.
As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and I am confident I will be a great asset in providing personal support and remote administrative to busy professionals.
