I worked with the BPO industry/field for more than 8 years for customer service and tech support roles. I can type 40WPM and can work on most data entry services with precision and accuracy. I can multitask and finish the job in a timely manner. Knowledge in MS Excel and Word. Accuracy is my biggest virtue, for that reason, I have been commended on the quality of my work 90% of the time.

I am known to be intellectually curious. I ask question whenever I have encountered a scenario that is new to me. So I can do the job perfectly. I can definitely handle pressure. Years of talking to irate customer and de-escalating the issues most of the time.. I usually plan ahead of time. I don't want being caught up to something that I won't be able to do or finish within the day. I even set time frames for my own on how long it would take me to do the tasks.I am very pro-active.
I’m new to this job and field. Since I left the Corporate world. I am more than willing to be trained and I’m very eager to learn new things.
