Virtual Assistant Work Terms Agreement
1. Work Operations:
1.1 Scope of Work: As a VA I will provide administrative, organizational, and support services as outlined in the project proposal or as agreed upon between me and the Client, dated [Date]. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
1.2 Timelines: Me and the Client will establish work hours and schedules, including any specific deadlines for tasks and projects. Any deviations from the established schedule should be communicated in advance.
1.3 Responsibilities:
I will perform tasks as directed by the Client, which may include but are not limited to managing your inbox, appointment scheduling, research, data entry, and administrative support.
The Client will provide clear instructions, access to necessary tools and systems, and relevant information to facilitate task completion.
1.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of work, including but not limited to sensitive business information and personal data.
2. Payment Terms:

2.2 Hourly Rate or Fixed Fee: The Client and I will agree upon an hourly rate or a fixed fee for the services provided. Any additional expenses incurred during the work will be communicated and approved by the Client in advance.
