I had more than a year of experience in the accounting field, secretarial, administrative, and clerical. I enjoy learning new skills, can easily adapt to organization norms, environment, and time differences. Resourceful, flexible, can multitask, with a positive outlook in regards to time pressure and strong work ethics.
I'm located in the Philippines, graduated with a Bachelors's degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management. Currently working remotely as Accounts Payable in charge but I also have a regular job.
My first employment was being an Accounting Assistant at a private company, I handled all payables and receivables, do weekly reporting for the client's credit status, process invoices, and cheques of the main and other branches. I was also responsible for the purchase orders of the company using the Peachtree, do canvass on various suppliers, and get quotes. I also prepare a statement of accounts for the clients and issue official recepts upon payment and deposit it to the bank.I also compute VAT on invoices received, encode VAT sales to the system as well as the purchases and sales of the company.
