Review of accounts and transactions flagged by client's internal risk systems for fraud.
· Keen observation on present fraud trends in different countries.
· Identifying payment fraud trends on Google Wallet, Google Play, and Gmail P2P transactions through manual account auditing.
· Protect transactions and customers from fraudsters targeting their credit cards and online identity.
· Provide real time chat support for internal clients towards resolving risk related queries.
· Provide email support to users .
HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE
Updating the Provider information on database received from Client end, resolving information if any through e-mail.
· Working on several Job types Followed by different Country specific rules.
· Auditing the Provider information before releasing it to the Client.
