I have worked full time for a top European IT Service providing company named as Steria for 3.5 years as an System Analyst and Support. It took an initiative to implement a project management software Changepoint by Compuware to effectively manage its projects. My work at Steria was to provide IT system and customer support to the product Changepoint during its implementation in Steria. It included user's query resolution through either Email or direct calling, Investigation of incidents(bugs or software failure), change management in the Changepoint tool, documentation of the changes, Incident management through tools like HPSC (HP Service Centre) Lotus Notes, MS OutLook, HP openview, HP Quality Centre.
I am willing to work for a profile as Support Analyst for a software product or IT service or any other Customer Service Executive.
Work Terms
I can work for 3-4 hours a day daily and on weekends too.
I would like to get paid minimum $6 an hour.
