Having experience as Management Research Fellow in PEF and working in the capacity of Regional program Manager, in an ICT based educational research project, I am interested in engagement with innovative projects in institutional reforms and re-engineering processes. I want to contribute in ideating, designing and implementation of highly accessible, accountable, and deliverable Govt./Non-govt. projects for most deprived and underprivileged society to provide them equal opportunity to attain horizontal as well as vertical equity. My key objective is to enhance the capability of vulnerable community to achieve consistent growth in their life, also facilitating them towards attaining individual, economic and cognitive swaraj.
