1. Handling of inorganic sulphate & carbonate production plant through LOG LOG SHEET operation.
2. Job involves handling and storage of more than 20 chemicals (Fluids), which includes Pyrolusite (MnO2), Biomass Briquettes(WC), Manganese(II)Oxide(MnO), Conc. Sulphuric acid(H2SO4), Oxalic Acid(C2O4H2), Potassium Permanganates(KMnO4), Liquid Ammonia(NH4OH), Carbon Monoxide, Chemical MN Dioxide, Brass Ash(ZN&CU), Iron powder(Fe), Copper Metal(Cu), Calcium Carbonate(CaCO3), Cooper Oxide(CuO), Pure Ammonium Bicarbonate(NH4HCO3), Pure Sodium Carbonate(Na2Co3),Liquid Ammonium Bicarbonate(NH4HCO3),sodium Bicarbonate(NaHCO3),Dilute H2SO4,EMALSION,SILICONE DEFOAMER(S.D), Dilute Nitric acid(HNO3).
3. Job involves Systematic Planning, Process Control, Quality Control, Manpower handling, handling of Breakdown jobs to achieve Cost effective production target.
4. Trouble shooting of technical and operational Problem, ensuring human and equipment safety through safe work practices and complying with Work Permit System. Job Safety Analysis for Maintenance Activities. EAI/HIRA related documents updating.
5. To do all plant activities under the Standards like ISO 9001(Quality), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001(Environment).
6. Production data reporting to Management (MIS), Goods movement etc. through SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data processing).

Work Terms

1 TO 3 Hr /DAY (EVENING/ NIGHT); 12 TO 15 Hr /WEEK;
