Work Terms
I like working throughout the day (and night if needed), putting more stress on faster and efficient delivery. My hourly pay is very reasonable at 8$/hr. I do put in extra effort to make sure my client understands why I'm doing what I'm doing, and I'm always open to modifications/ideas the employer might have during the job.
As long as both parties understand what the job entails, what the hours are, communication can be either high or low, it depends on how much the client wishes to understand about my work. At times greater level of communication results in better solutions, which is great for both.
