Kent was able to assist us in immediately diagnosing why our Project Server installation was not accessible from remote machines. He then further assisted us in determining how to modify generic resources so they were 'eligible' for advanced Project Server features. When he did not know something, he voluntarily undertook the research needed to achieve desired results. We were totally satisfied with the results he was able to offer. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with Project Server.
