With an MBA in finance from MIT Sloan, I have created analysis and advised on strategy for both debt and equity transactions for properties worth several billion dollars.
I have done equity modeling for small and large private equity firms including investor return and profitability metrics, property pricing and valuation, as well as investor promote structures and waterfalls.
On the debt side I have underwritten thousands of properties of all types for large loan originators of CMBS collateral, as well as re-underwriting of loans of all sizes for first loss (B-piece) investors in mortgage backed securities.
I have also analyzed non-performing loan portfolios for sale by banks and financial institutions, advising on strategies for restructurings, DPO's as well as REO's and discounted performing loans.
