Work Terms and Conditions
Scope of Services
I will provide social media management services, including content creation, posting, engagement, and performance analysis, as outlined in our agreement.
Communication
Regular updates and communication will be maintained via email, phone calls, or video meetings, with responses within 24 hours on business days.
Content Approval
All content will be submitted for approval before posting, with prompt revisions as needed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on the first of each month. Invoices will be sent seven days prior. Late payments may delay services.
Contract Duration
The initial contract term is three months, with the option to renew or adjust terms based on performance and satisfaction.
Confidentiality
All shared information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. Payment will be prorated based on the days worked in the termination month.
Revisions and Additional Work
Revisions to the initial scope will be accommodated. Significant changes or additional services may require a fee adjustment.
Ownership of Content
The client retains full ownership of all content created and posted on their social media platforms.
Performance Metrics
Regular performance reports will be provided, including insights on engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
Responsibilities
I am responsible for timely content creation, posting, monitoring engagement, and providing reports. The client is responsible for providing necessary information and feedback in a timely manner.
