I assess your business processes and flows, document them and make suggestions to improve them in order to achieve more success. I.e which process could be automatized, where you could save resources (expenses or time of your staff), what software you should use.
In software implementation projects, I provide requirement analysis, use-case analysis, functional specifications, workflow diagrams and test plans. These are essential in order to get your requirements implemented, to achieve your goals and make your business prosperous.
