I am 31 years old and a Mass Communications graduate.
My first job was an ESL teacher.
At Pines International Academy, here in the Philippines. There I enjoyed teaching Koreans and Japanese - University students.
After my contract, I decided to join the BPO industry.
2009, when I joined Sitel Philippines as a technical support representative for AT&T. We cater support for DSL and Homenetworking Internet Connection for our US based clients. We assist them in their email issues, anti virus issues, intermittent connection issues and modem replacements.
Summer of 2010, I have worked for NCO PHIL. Also a BPO company in Manila. I worked as a customer service representative, technical support representative, billing representative and also one of the pioneers for the retention department for the Account, which is CRICKET Wireless, which also caters to our US based clients. I worked there for 3 years and also got promoted as a TIER 2 agent and a Subject Matter Expert. Where I also received awards and recognition for my performance.
2013, I got an offer as a General Manager for a local Web Development Company. We cater to small to mid size businesses in the US. We have a sales team who generates leads and convert them into Sales. Then, It will be handed down to our Project Management where they delegate task to Programmers, Marketing team, and Designers. We create and sell websites basically. I help the owners run the night shift. I also handled their Recruitment, HR, Billing and Accounting.
I also had a chance to work as a Virtual Assistant for Mr. Joshua Bloom, of Quantum Healing Center LLC. A US Based Company. I am his personal assistant and a student coordinator for the company.
I also became a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Assistant of New York Real Estate Experts. I was trained to use Zillow, RealBird, Trulia, CommInc. I handled the companies Social Media.
