As an administrative assistant and also a marketing junior. The purpose of my role is to help executives use their time more effectively. I do this by efficiently managing all the details of their schedule, along with the administrative and office management processes. In addition, my job is also to make sales and marketing for the company, for example by running ads on social media such as facebook ads & tiktok ads.
For me the organization and company I work for now is one of my main strengths that allows me to succeed in administration and marketing. As an administrative assistant and marketing junior it is important for me to maintain a high level of organization to ensure the smooth running of the executive schedule and the company always gets high sales and profits on a monthly basis.
