I am a mother who of 2 beautiful girls and a wife to a wonderful husband. My family is the greatest gift I received from God. I am not a simple housewife. I help my husband in providing for our kids while taking care of them. I make sure that after a long and hard work week, I'll have time to catch up and bond with them. I work above and beyond my employer's expectations to make sure that they are satisfied with my service and that in return, they will keep me as an employee for a long time. I have 11 years of experience in the Call Center Industry. I have worked for big companies in the US including 411 for almost 3 years, American Express for a total of 4 years and JP Morgan Chase Bank for almost 4 years as well. I am also an experienced writer and a VA, handling emails, chat support, Facebook management and order fulfillment for a Shopify, E-commerce business. I excel at what I do. I am very efficient and I can work with minimum supervision.

Work Terms

I can work 40 - 48 hours a week, at $5-10 per hour depending on the task. I prefer communications via Skype or email depending on the urgency of the matter being discussed. An open communication between me and my employer will be appreciated. I am receptive with feedback and constructive criticism and I like sharing my knowledge and ideas to my employer to help them grow the business.
