I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management at Carlos Hilado Memorial State College. Recently, I passed the Career Service Examination- Pen and Paper Test with a passing mark of 80.27 percent.

I have worked as a customer service representative for almost 3 years. My responsibilities is to ensure superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems swiftly. Recommending products and services aligned with customers' needs and preferences. Answer customer questions and offered details about products and services while efficiently processing requests and managing account details.

After working as a CSR i applied to corporation as a branch accounting clerk which i worked for a year. As a Branch Accounting Clerk, I am responsible to perform a wide range of data entry, including sales encoding. And preparing the monthly sales report for the Bacolod branch to be submitted to the Head Office in Manila. And preparing the inventory for the salesman and issuance of stocks. Preparing multiple invoices and billed renewed invoices to clients.
