I have managed and executed projects for growth initiatives including growth strategies, service redesign, branding and messaging formulation, marketing assessments, new product/service launches, and market research. I advocate for projects with a matter-of-fact leadership style that wins confidence from my team and earns respect from my colleagues and clients. I have a strong operational mind, balanced with strategic thinking. I understand the relationship between marketing, operations and profit.
