Lakshmi struggled at first, but works incredibly hard. We set up a continuous operation we expected to need at least 3 freelancers for, and after awhile we found that Lakshmi was capable of finishing it all by himself, and doing a better job of it. He continuously keeps you updated on what he's doing, and was very gracious about all of the failings on our end. Overall, highly recommended. P.S. Hope you get a job working with someone who can afford to pay you what you're worth.
