I have been in Law Practice since more than 15 Years with my academic being Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor in Law from Kishinchand Chellaram Law College (LLB), Master in Legislative Law in Intellectual Property Rights and Information Technology (LLM) from Mumbai University, Master in Business & Corporate Laws from National Law School of Indian (MBL), Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management and Business Administration (PGDPM − DLP), Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from World Intellectual Property Organisation, Diploma in Cyber Law (DCL) and Diploma in Product and Brand Management (DPBM). I have also Authored a Book on “Methods, Strategy, Solutions, Savings on Recovery of Dues – Arising out of Commercial Transactions” – Bloomsbury Publishing House 31.12.2018 and other Books are in process of being published . My practice areas include: (a) Drafting of Commercial and Non-commercial Agreements/Contracts; (b) Recovery Matters before all Forums/Courts; (c) Arbitration and Conciliation; (d) Cross-Examination, Admission and Interim Stay; (d) Devising Strategy for each Client to ensure minimum undisputable court matters; (e) Bail; (f) Cross-Examination; (g) Consumer Forums and Insurance and RERA; (g) Guiding on Legal to ensure less non-legal compliance for Business Entities; (h) Giving Legal seminars including training at Clients office sales team, personnel, etc to ensure of no breach of Law and at regular intervals as per the requirements of Clients needs
