My goal is to provide friendly, superior service for every client through timely communication and final products of unsurpassed quality.
I've been writing since elementary school, when I became editor of my school newspaper in the 6th grade. After becoming editor of my award-winning high school newspaper and yearbook, I attended undergraduate school on numerous academic and media scholarships and double-majored in journalism and government. Graduate school resulted in a degree in theology, and my doctorate of education is in psychological and theological counseling.
I've had jobs ranging from senior editor of a national education magazine to fashion editor at a daily metro newspaper to a ghost speechwriter for public figures and political candidates. Along the way, I started an independent book-publishing company and have published nearly 30 titles since 2003. After editing master's theses and doctoral dissertations for friends and friends of friends at no charge, I decided that my skill and time were worth payment.
I'm grateful for the numerous awards I've won for my writing and for the people my writings have impacted. I've coached writers of all ages and backgrounds and enjoy helping people harness the power of words.
