Hard-worker and felxible. I always push myself to learn and acquire new skills. There's nothing impossible as long as one is determined.
I'm highly experienced in Microsoft Office applications, adept at online researching, and a bit handy with Photoshop. I'm active on social media sites and I run a few personal blogs for photography, book and TV series/movie reviews. Flexible and diligent, I, too, can work with minimal supervision. I also have experience working using Google Docs Google Drive, Hubstaff, Slack, Zendesk, and other applications.
Currently, I work as a Customer Service Agent (non-voice, home-based) for a Call Center Company, Work@Home Services - Knowledge Generation Bureau, handling US and UK accounts. My job is to provide answers to questions - anything and everything under the sun, but, mostly directory enquiries - for the UK account. For the US account, I answer inquiries and complaints in regards to the city government . This requires quick responses (acceptable time frame is within 3 minutes or lower), from analysis of the question, searching for an answer, editing and proofreading the text, then sending it to the customer. One must be clear-headed, knows a lot about online searching and keywords, and be able to spot mistakes to the outgoing text.
Work Terms
I can work up to 40 hours a week and can be paid through PayPal. I prefer to be contacted through email and skype chat.
