Passionate and dedicated VA available.
For the last five years I have worked as a Operations Coordinator and Office Coordinator for a Home Healthcare company and a Speech and Language therapist.
I have become skilled at being an virtual support to both of these entrepreneurs and have been mentored by them but they will also be able to speak to the fact that our teamwork helped build their business more than the regular assistant out there.
Through these two experiences, I have learned how to create professional websites and monthly company blogs that help both businesses connect with their clients, and also market to new clients. I have been a content creator on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for both brands to increase community presence, and also be able to reach a larger network. I have planned and executed virtual business development groups on Zoom and created meaningful relationships with other companys.
Advanced skillset list includes email management, calendar management, corporate policy and procedure writing, documentation and record keeping, client esculations, full cycle recruiting and team building.
I am looking projects in and outside Healthcare and Staffing and thrive in fast paced environments where I am able to let my already learned abilities shine but also where I am constantly learning and improving on other skills. I am a very flexible, and empathetic individual who will learn about the role, company and the team in a genuine effort to understand what is really missing in the dynamic, and deliver a solution in a silent but measurable manner.
Work Terms
I prefer email as my primary communication platform, but will adapt to other ones if it is easier for the workplace.
I have open availability at the moment as my current role can be worked around the project I am committed to.
I am flexible and open to negotiation about payment and contract.
I do have a specific interview style that I go into a project with to get as much information and will ask that we develop a system of weekly check-ins right off the hop so that I can transition easily, and also get a better understanding of what the expectations are instead of a general overview.
