Hi, I'm Landon Beard. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska in 2018 and am currently looking for freelance work to do to gain experience and hone my skills. One of my favorite parts of Architectural work is coordinating with clients and helping to bring their vision to life. I consider myself to be creative, but I believe that my true strength lies in helping people expand on their ideas and take their concept to the next level. I am primarily interested in Residential design, especially small, optimized homes. I have professional experience producing Construction Documents and 3D perspectives for client approval. Additionally, I am a particularly skilled 3D Modeler using Rhino where I allow myself to be meticulously detail-oriented. It is here where I will problem solve, and imagine the space as if it were inhabited. Above all else, I appreciate the value in every interaction and enjoy refining my perspective by sharing ideas and celebrating the power and the influence of design.

Work Terms

Available up to 30 hours a week. Flexible routine, prefer to work nights.
Around $20/ hr depending on the job.
