I was born and raised in Serbia and I showed great interest in languages while I was still a child. I started studying English by myself on TV watching cartoons and TV shows and my interest quickly spread to other languages. By grade 5 I was formally studying both French and English. After middle school I enrolled in a special grammar school for gifted children, choosing English as a major and German as a minor. This is when I started teaching and translating and no sooner did I decide this would be my calling. After graduating from high school I obtained a CAD and started studying English language and literature at the University of Nis. After obtaining CPE in 2014, I started working as an online English teacher, freelance translator, proofreader and editor. In my practice I get the chance to translate and/or proofread poetry, short stories, business proposals, CVs and cover letters, contracts, websites, research findings, essays and academic papers. My knowledge and experience grow every day and I hope to share it with you!
