As a grassroots entrepreneur myself, I understand all too well the many complex issues confronting a new or expanding business - especially when it comes to legal concerns. This is why we offer a suite of affordable Business Law services through our virtual presence to companies, entrepreneurs and artists that are not yet in a position to hire in-house counsel, or pay very high hourly bills for full-service law firms.

Work Terms

All payment terms can be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always prefer to fix a flat rate for services where possible. There are, of course, instances where an hourly fee is the only fair and cost effective alternative.

All GURU projects must be paid through the GURU Escrow Service. We ask that escrow accounts be fully funded and that a 50% advance be released to start the project.

Turnaround time will be contingent on the nature of the project, but an average runs about 5-7 business days. Your time is important to us and your project should never be delayed beyond the specified deadline. You will ALWAYS receive prior notice of any foreseeable delays.
