Dependable software design and development
I am a US Navy submarine veteran. After completion of my Navy obligation, I went to school for Electrical Engineering. While there, I picked up Computer Engineering as a second major and graduated with 2 Bachelor's degrees in 2015.
I've been working as a Systems Engineer for a company in Portsmouth, VA since January of 2014. I've been working primarily with C#, designing and developing several .NET services and web applications.
I started working on www.tattwho.ink as a personal project in 2015, and started King Baboon LLC once it started gaining interest in a the tattoo community. When I'm not obligated by contract work, I spend time working on tattWHO, open source, and engaging with the software community.
Work Terms
I have a salary position where 9AM - 5PM EST is obligated to my employer. I spend a significant portion of the evening and weekends working on personal projects and contract development. While these hours are outside of regular working hours for most US companys, you can depend on me to be responsive with with communication and quick turnarounds on change requests.
I am comfortable with communicating via e-mail, phone, or Slack.
I prefer payment to be through King Baboon LLC. I'm not a front for a company, though. King Baboon LLC is a one man show. It is just a means of keeping my personal finances separate from my contract work.
