Strategic Financial Planning:
A strategic planner with proven ability in designing & implementing strategies, policies & procedures to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through finance control & discipline, cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity improvements. Change management leadership and experience in implementation of “best practices” for process improvement.

Accounts & Auditing:
Designing & implementing systems, procedures for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms. Coordinating annual audits; evaluating internal control systems/procedures for highlighting the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. SAP implementation including standardizing key processes and procedures, Microsoft office applications including Tally Solutions.

Budgeting & MIS:
Formulating budgets, MIS and conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions. Analyzing the financials and reporting the key factors affecting the performance of the company to the top management.

Fund Management:
Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for the fund and non-fund based facilities both for working capital and capital requirement. Managing treasury operations and ensure optimum utilization of funds to accomplish organizational goals.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
Tax planning both direct and indirect taxes. Ensuring timely filing of tax returns and completing the assessments. Resolving critical issues with the concerned tax authorities. It also handles general company law & regulatory compliance.
