I am a bold, creative and resourceful individual with excellent writing skills and reasoning abilities who loves to socialise. I am passionate about helping people and solving problems. I lam always trying to find ways to improve service and the quality of businesses. I have a passion for food and write excellent blogs about them. I am competent in Microsoft Word limit, excel and power point. I have experience in sales and marketing, customer service, Early childhood development, managing the early childhood facility, risk management, legal issues as it relates to early childhood, financial planning and management, managing grievance, human resource management, leadership and team dynamics, professionalism in the work place, child growth and development , behavioural management, health, safety and nutrition. I am also a certified emergency medical technician and first aid instructor. During my varied work experienceso with different companies, I have developed strong customer service skills, organizational and time management capabilities which will be very beneficial. I am highly skilled in providing great support including welcoming and directing customers, answering and forwarding telephone calls, compiling and typing mails and letters while treating customers as an individual, making their needs a priority and giving them a service worth recommending . In addition i am well verse in communication. I do know how to work under pressure without being distracted. I am a very reliable, conscientious, responsive and accurate person who works hard and pay keen attention to details. I am able to take on any responsibility of any given field immediately and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
