Launchpad Bureau is a goal-oriented events production service, a pet project of Japs Linzaga initially established in 2003 as a producer organizing youth-oriented activities that champion their passion for the arts, sports, and entertainment.
As a sole proprietor of local production, he also became more assertive in developing his skills in digital graphic arts designing creative communication peripherals supporting his events' marketing campaigns, as well as providing advertising and promo materials for businesses within the Subic Bay communities in the Philippines.
In challenging times, the local events industry came to its downside in late 2010, as he made the decisive turn to suspend his production works as he went forth to a different city and gained experience working at a start-up marketing and events company for quite a while, and at a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry as an Advance Customer Service Representative in Metro Manila. It was a purposeful journey working outside his comfort zone.
With the realization of digital media services, mapping its way as the future of marketing and communications had conditioned the consumers with an opinionated mindset. As of 2016, Japs Linzaga was determined to explore digital media and promotions via social media platforms, and help out with some creative works for friends and some aspiring commercial artists/talents highlighting their interests and their personal brand.
The year 2018, he initiated the renewal of Launchpad Bureau (aka Launchpad Initiative) transitioning its services from actual to digital events and practicing creative direction for online content. It was an exciting project with friends. His fascination and eagerness to grow are what make him indeed a remarkable individual with a creative ideology.
BRANDING has become the norm in marketing, especially in social media. Everything is now leaning towards representing products, services, communities, and personal recognition.
