Graphic designer | Editor and proofreader | Translator | Transcriber
Hello! I'm a Puerto Rican woman with an Audiovisual Communication major. After working as a contract graphic designer for my godfather's law firm, I took a gap year to reevaluate my professional interests. I realized that my creativity performs better when I have more independence.
During my gap year, I watched online courses and webinars that taught me the skills I would need for my new career goals and important topics like mental health, workplace culture, digital literacy, cybersecurity and personal finances. I later began looking for work online and in my country. Previously, I worked on OneForma doing IT-related tasks like data collection, program evaluation, and translation to help companies create and develop AI tools. I also did data entry for a local organization that promotes equestrian events.
I'm currently studying a master's degree on the field that I discovered where my passion lies: Library and Information Science. I also worked as a part-time digitizer at the Governor Luis Muñoz Marín Foundation. Still, I decided to become a freelancer here to employ my creative skills.
Overall, I'm an adaptable worker who is detail-oriented, organized, and determined to deliver high quality service.
Work Terms
I'm available to work whenever I'm needed. My standard salary is 10 USD per hour, but I'm willing to negotiate with the client if they offer me a higher or lower hourly wage, or a fixed price, to do their work.
