Laura Blatterman has taught on professional, educational and competition levels, as well as holding seats on the Board of Directors for multiple non-profit organizations. Laura is currently the Artistic Director for Advocate Arts, an arts organization reaching out to children caught in abuse and trafficking. She received the Dorothy Mullins Humanities Award for teaching to inner-city kids at risk. Laura was recently named the Contributing Editor for Broadway World and reviews theater and dance throughout the United States.

A recognized leader known for crafting sustainable business models, Laura Brown offers a unique blend of executive discernment, focused creativity, and effective fundraising. As Artistic Director at Advocate Arts, Laura has built an industry revolutionizing organization that consistently delivers results by aligning arts patrons, artists and supporters. Under Laura’s leadership, in its first year, Advocate Arts rose to become one of the largest arts organizations in Gwinnett County.
With a reputation for judicious use of resources, her work has been instrumental in providing, not only Advocate Arts, but several organizations with success in many areas including reduction of debt, effective marketing and creative collaborations.
