I am a passionate and agile technical writer highly experienced in technical documentation, client relations, business and software requirement gathering and documentation, end-user training, and software documentation and publication. I am also team player who knows how to leverage knowledge and skills of coworkers and clients to produce exceptional documentation. In previous work settings I have:

Work Terms

I will be available during the evenings and weekends. I prefer to be paid by project or hourly.

I am happy to work with my clients to ensure that the product I deliver is what they are looking for. Communication is best through email but phone calls/texts are okay in urgent situations. I will be able to respond to emails often during the day but I will make sure to check for new emails every day so I can ensure a quick response.
