I worked as a compliance and software training specialist for nearly 5 years in the world of Hazardous Waste Management. I am now exclusively working in a healthcare setting where my only content includes instructor-led software training. I've turned to Guru to both help those in need of better training content and to ensure I keep my training skills up-to-date.

I have a certificate in Designing Learning from ATD as well as one in e-Learning Instructional Design. I've attended Duarte's 2Day Visual Storytelling course. I am an active ATD Member, subscribe to several e-learning, instructional design, and general design blogs, and thoroughly enjoy creating positive training environments.

I emphasize interactions which challenge the learner. Unchallenging environments are a disservice to the learner and the organization who hired them.

Work Terms

I generally work nights and weekends, but I am always available by email, chat, and text. Over the phone communication is acceptable when arranged.
