I started my career in customer service as a representative for AT&T handling both calls and chats, it was a great experience, soft skills are really important for them so there is where I got all my basic knowledge about customer service.
After that I was an instructor for Copa Airlines, one of the biggest airlines in Latin America, I was in charge of training the new representatives, after a year I was given the opportunity to be a supervisor, I would monitor the agents and coach them on their behaviors. One thing I think that really made me grow in both a professional and personal way was being in constant contact with people all around the world, different languages and cultures.
I like to think life always smiles at me and that it is thanks to my hard work, dedication and self motivation.
