Over ten years experience in the customer service and administration field endorses my knowledge and ability to approach a project with success. Much of my experience comes from working at big international companies, such as Walt Disney World and Princess Cruises, which are well known companies.
Also, I´ve worked for local companies as Apartments BA (real state - tourism) as the CEO´s executive assistant and as the Weekend Office Manager. I have also worked in 2 different call centers as telemarketer and customer service representative. Mi biggest accomplishment and challenge was running my own business, a 80 seat restaurant, reason why I love assisting startups.
For the last 3 years now, I´ve been working from home on frelance basis and so far I find it the best working environment to work in and I can say I can fully enjoy work now.
