Detail oriented, punctual, responsible, time management, and communication
I am an avid reader of all genres. As I read a book, I find errors that the publishing companies have overlooked or missed. I have worked for many individuals and companies on ODesk writing articles, press releases, and web content. I have worked with ODesk for over four years. Before working from home with ODesk, I was the office manager at AB Medical, Inc. This corporation was a surgical implant company. I was in charge of making sure all surgery implants and instruments made it to the correct hospitals at the correct times. I was also in charge of scheduling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, training sales representatives, creating and handing out pamphlets to reps for the new items to show the physicians on new surgical products. I also kept an excel sheet of all surgical items used including item, lot number, serial number, surgeon, rep, and patient number. I worked with that company for 14 years until the owner put the company into hibernation.
I also love playing Scrabble and all types of trivia games. I am functional in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Daytimers, Outlook. Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, and am a very quick learner at all program software.
I also have an android phone that updates me. I can be reached at almost anytime and if not, I reply quickly.
Work Terms
I can work any hours that work for you, however, I would prefer to work in the evenings so that I would have the work done by the deadline the next day. This would give me the evening, night, and the next morning to complete the project for that day. The amount of work per day, I should be able to finish at night. I am more of a night owl, however, if you wish for me to work in the morning or daytime, I can do that.
As to pay terms, I have a Paypal account and that has always been a reliable source for me as it is safe, however, I have been paid per Western Union and bank transfer. Whichever works best for you.
